Simple but easy breakfast for paleo, Whole Foods, high protein, low carb or ovo-lacto diets.

Here is an easy breakfast anyone can prepare. Cage free Eggs and off the bone ham are used as the proteins in this scramble.

Half of an Onion, a handful of spinach,
2 jalapeños with seeds (that makes it spicier), half of a red bell pepper, and a Roma tomato were diced and all the ingredients were sautéed in coconut oil.

This dish was served together in a bowl, garnished with all natural, hormone and antibiotic free Italian cheese, and sprinkled with Valentina’s hot sauce for an extra kick.

The breakfast in this video is suitable for Paleo, Whole Foods, high protein, low carb or ovo-lacto vegetarian diets.
