TRX A Frame Reverse Lunge

One exercise I really like to use with the TRX is the front squat with a jump. It’s one of the better moves for raising heart rate and getting the bigger muscle groups involved. But, where do you go from there? Eventually, after putting some thought and time into it, I came up with a solution: The A Frame Lunge. Basically a reverse lateral lunge, that utilizes the front hanging position. Follow the picture below!
