Time and time again I see newbie lifters spending hours on biceps… After all, it is what you show off to to prove you’ve been lifting right? Wrong! The bulk of the upper arm is your triceps… Bi (two muscles) Tri (three muscles). When I have successfully increased my arm size (which is difficult with a 6’4″ arm span) I have worked 3:2 ratio. Meaning I do 3 triceps exercises to every 2 biceps. I’ll post more eventually, but check out the video below!
